Authors' Kit for Posters Attendance by at least one author is mandatory,
please register before sending the camera-ready copy. Posters will appear in the LNCS conference proceedings as 6-pages extended abstract. Posters presentation will follow the program schedule. Authors presenting posters will have a double A-3 posting space that they can use at their will (2 large A3 posters, A4 foils to be pinned on the board, etc.). The posting infrastructures and pinning means will be provided by the organization.
Please follow these suggestions in the preparation of your final extended abstract version.
The length of your camera-ready extended abstract is limited to 6
pages. No extra pages are allowed.
The final camera-ready extended abstract must be sent in electronic form (by e-mail) following the instructions that you can find at the Web site containing the LNCS Authors Instructions. All camera-ready extended abstracts and electronic files must be prepared in accordance with these instructions. We very strongly recommend that you prepare your final camera-ready extended abstracts using LaTeX2e, and we cannot take any responsability for misprints of papers prepared with other word processors.
The final electronic camera-ready extended abstracts must be sent to
wons@dit.unitn.it.
Send all the material as a single compressed file
(zip, gzip, compressed tar, ...)
with name 'papernnnn' where nnnn are
the four last digits assigned by the edas system.
Append the appropriate extension to the compressed file and attach it
to a mail with subject "Poster A printed camera-ready copy (1-sided, by air courier), together with the signed copyright form must also be sent to Renato Lo Cigno Dipartimento di Informatica e Telecomunicazioni University of Trento Via Sommarive, 14 38050 -- POVO (TN), Italy The copyright form can be downloaded from the LNCS Copyright Form Web site. Please note that the camera-ready version of your extended abstract must arrive not later than October 15. Contributions arriving after this deadline cannot be included in the proceedings.
Remember: the deadline for the camera-ready version of extended abstracts is October 15 2003.
