This year’s QoP workshop continues a roadmap towards the establishment of scientific and technical methods for the quantitative evaluation of security. The workshop is becoming a referential venue for researchers and practitioners in the area of security measurements, risk analysis, and security evaluation. This forum has always been characterized by a highly interactive atmosphere. This year a very stimulating *technical program* has been assembled by the organizers, thanks to the quality of accepted papers. Further, the organizers have the pleasure to announce that *Gunnar Peterson* (Arctec Group) has kindly accepted to give the keynote speech. The workshop is affiliated with the ACM CCS Conference and will be held at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center hotel, which is the conference main site.
