| Hotels and Rates |
A block of hotel rooms are reserved for Conference participants in down-town Trento hotels at reduced rates. Rates are in Italian Lire per night per room and include breakfast, VAT and service. 100.000 Italian lire are requested as deposit payment and it is non-refundable. This amount will be credited on your account upon arrival; only written and signed requests via fax or mail, will be considered.
Requests will be processed with a first-in/first-out time approach depending on availability. A confirmation will be communicated to your address immediately. Rooms are guaranteed in down-town Hotels, if reservation and deposit are received by no later than May 10, 1998 after this date convenient accomodation will be more difficult to find.

| Airport Transfer |
A mini-bus transfer service from the main airports to Trento will be arranged for groups of at least 12 people:

Trento and city Castle on Sept. 9 afternoon from 14:30 to 18:30 at Italian lire
25.000 per person: half day city of Trento tour include visit of Buonconsiglio Castle and
to a local canteen with wine tasting. Required a minimum of 12 persons.
Trip to Avio Castle on Sept. 10 afternoon from 14:30 to 18:00. Included in the Accompanying Persons’ Registration Fee (see for information Social Program). One of the more charming castle of Trentino, with a wide defensive castle wall, towers, the baronial Palace, the impressive Mastio of the XII century and the famous profane frescos of the "Casa delle Guardie" and of the "Stanza dell’Amore", both of the XIV century.
Tour of Brenta Dolomites and Nardis falls on Sept. 12 afternoon from 14:00 to 19:30 at Italian lire 50.000 per person: bus trip to visit Brenta Dolomites area and Nardis falls in Val Genova. Dolomites are unique mountains because the sun's rays give the rocks a fiery red glow at dawn and sunset. Required a minimum of 12 persons.
Full day guided trip to Venice on Sept. 11 at Italian lire 160.000 per person: return bus+boat trip to Venice, 6 hours comprehensive tour of the town, lunch at restaurant including drinks.Required a minimum of 30 persons.
Pre-booking and pre-payment are requested using the Hotel-Excursion form: correspondent amount to be added based on how many places required. Money is fully returned in case service will be canceled because minimum quantities are not reached.
